JW collects only the data strictly necessary to provide the scheduling service: account data (name, email), company data (company name, location), and data related to shifts, availability, preferences, leave and substitutions entered by users.
Each company's data is isolated from other customers through database-level access controls (Row Level Security) and is never shared with third parties except for the technical delivery of the service (e.g. database hosting).
